Samantha Lee-Ballard

Samantha Lee-Ballard (Designer and Instructor) This fall will be Samantha's first season with the Fairfax Color Guard. Her marching experience includes five seasons at West Springfield High School, a season Apex World Winter Guard, and two summers with DCI’s World Class Finalist, the Boston Crusaders. Other teaching experiences include design and instruction at West Springfield High School, West Potomac High School, and Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology. Samantha is a current FCPS substitute teacher while she completes her M.Ed. at Marymount University. She also graduated from the University of Mary Washington with a B.A. in English (focus on British Literature and Writing Theory).
